The proof is in the pudding, and in this case, we know our product is as great as we claim because we are the hands who have raised, cared for, and sustained the land which we graze.
It makes sense, doesn't it? Intuitively, we understand that what goes into our bodies is reflected by how our bodies feel and function. When we raise our animals with the same mindset, the whole system benefits. Our cows spend the vast majority of their lives on high desert grazing grounds above the Summer Lake and Paisley lakebeds. Their premium nutrition means that our product boasts higher nutrient values and better taste.
So while we can't say we offer any pudding around here, we can certainly speak to some incredible grass fed and grass or grain finished steaks, ground beef, and even organ blends!
